New Whitney: America Is Hard to See

The New Whitney Museum of American Art in Meat Packing District opened last Friday. Located next the High Line, the New Whitney is definitely one of coolest building in the Lower Manhattan. Here are some of the photo I took with Juno and Laura

Recap: Ultra Music Festival 2015

4 years of waiting finally I made it to UMF in Miami. This year’s line-up wasn’t the best for me since they removed Above & Beyond from the list and like always they missed Calvin Harris. But still this festival is way beyond my expectation.

Everything is perfect: The stages, the crowd, the weather and the sets. One thing that I liked about Ultra is that the crowd is very international. You see a lot of Europeans and Asians coming all the way just for this moment. In other festivals you might see some people taking drugs and getting trashed but in Ultra it is very pure and loyal, and that makes this festival special and unique.

Sadly on the second day I lost my iPhone during Hardwell’s set. It was such a turn off for me but later on Axwell^Ingrosso got on stage. And they played “Something New”. Standing in the back watching this magnificent crowd singing together to this upbeat track- that was definitely one of the happiest moment of my life. I have to say music is such a powerful thing.

“In the mist of the midnight hour

You said to me

We are, we are a different kind

O like we've been kissed by higher power

Saying don't wait don't wait until it's gone

Cause we belong to something,

We belong to something,

We belong to something new.”

SOMETHING NEW by Axwell^Ingrosso

Next Stop: Tomorrowland!

A Weekend in Paris

My Spring Break was fun. I traveled to Oslo, Copenhagen and Pairs. Here are some of the great photos from my trip in Paris. If you go I would suggest you spend a longer time than a weekend.

The Armory Show 2015

As the biggest Art Show in New York City, Armory Show 2015 absolutely blew my mind. I was waiting to go to Miami to see one of my personal favorite artist- Ivan Navarro's work in Miami, but thanks to Armory Show I get to see his amazing works sooner. The contemporary part of the Show is more appealing and has more to offer. I definitely got some inspiration from all the amazing showcasing of colors and geometry. Next year you can't miss it!!
